How does the ordering process work?

We have a building specialist on stand by to work with you to help you discover the right building for your needs. Whether an on lot display is your storage solution or if we customize a unit to suit your needs, we work with each customer individually to find the best unit. Once you have decided on the building you need, we write up the order and submit it for processing. Scheduling will receive the order and set up a delivery time.

What is your return policy?

Each customer has 3 days to cancel the order with a full refund. After 3 days, there is a $100 cancellation fee.

Delivery

How does the delivery work?

What is your lead time?

• Off lot units are typically delivered in 5-10 business days (1-2 weeks), weather permitting.

• Custom plant built units are typically delivered in 21-30 business days (4-6 weeks) weather permitting.

• Bad weather, wet ground conditions, and/or delays in the supply chain may affect delivery times.

What do I need to do to be ready for delivery of my building?

Use the following checklist:

• We recommend calling 811. This is a free service that will come out and mark any utility lines underneath the installation site.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate delivery space. Any questions regarding this, please reach out to our office.

• The customer must supply the concrete foundation (concrete cap blocks) to set the building on. We provide you the quantity and size needed upon ordering your building as this varies according to building size and style.

What if the building does not fit through my gate?

The customer is responsible for granting a clear access to the delivery location. If part of a fence or gate has to be removed, Graceland is not responsible for repairing or replacing fences, gates, trees, bushes, shrubs, etc.

What kind of permits or other paperwork will I need?

Requirements pertaining to zoning, permits, setbacks, and covenants vary from municipality to municipality therefore you will need to contact your local government agencies to find out what you will need. If you live in a community that is part of a homeowners association be sure to find out what rules and regulations they have concerning storage buildings. If needed, we have stamped engineering drawings showing that our structures are wind-rated for 150mph wind rating and built to meet all international building codes through 2018.

How much does delivery cost?

There are no hidden costs. We offer free delivery, leveling and anchoring for the building.

Please note that 12’ wide buildings and larger are measured eave-to-eave to meet transportation restrictions. 8’ and 10’ wide buildings are measured wall-to-wall.

What is Graceland’s warranty?

• Graceland offers a 7 year warranty on workmanship

• Metal roofs have a 40 year manufacturer’s warranty

• Shingle roofs have a 25 year manufacturer’s warranty

• All pressure treated material has manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty against wood rot and termites

• The Roseburg Duratemp siding on painted buildings has a 50 year manufacturer’s warranty

Is there maintenance on my building?

We use treated materials, but with any wood products, routine maintenance is suggested to extend the life of your wooden structure. Our wood products are backed with a manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty.

For the least amount of maintenance, we recommend opting for a painted building.
